The park was absolutely gorgeous, and we had a great time fishing (although none of us caught a thing). We left home around 3:30 when Damon got off the bus, and I figured we'd be gone an hour or two at the most... well, at 8:30 when it started getting dark, we decided we'd better pack it up and head home!
We had a slight mishap early on when Avery fell into the water! Luckily, Nick was right next to her and scooped her up as soon as she fell... but still, it scared her to death and she stood and screamed bloody murder for a while before she calmed down and got over it.
