My First Entry...

Okay, I'm really trying to figure out this whole "blog" thing... a concept that was totally foreign to me a couple of weeks ago! I'm still not sure I fully grasp the concept, or know what to do with it... but, hey, give me credit---I'm trying!

My ultimate goal with this blog, I think, is to have something I can share on a regular basis with family and friends... to keep them updated on what's going on with the kids and things like that. I thought maybe this would be more fun than a mass emailing of photos and stories (which I do quite often!).

Any helpful hints or tips would be greatly appreciated!!!!
